One of my greatest pleasures is ocean swimming. I’m
lucky to have a swimmer-friendly beach near by with
a sandy channel between 2 coral reefs. I swim in the
mornings. Sunlight filters through the warm tropical
waters creating intricate patterns of light in the sand.
Small schools of fish and “Honu’ (sea turtles) keep me
company. These quiet times inform and inspire my work.
